So often photography is visual poetry and when that happens, it just doesn't seem right to sully it with words. Austin photographer Anna Krachey creates such work, and her Cupcake, though so unlike the ones at large we love, begs to be considered on its own terms. A shiny Path is somehow more mysterious than the usual dusky ones found in nature, and Krachey's Ear could almost be a ballet foot under a deep pile of tulle.
