French artist Labokoff combines painting and photography with such subtlety that the results bring to mind fragments that are as fleeting as memories or bear the soft edges of the imagination. The use of blocks of colour and a sort of grainy, stained shading with more detailed elements make the essence of each piece seem just barely out of reach.
