Think Before You Pink is a Breast Cancer Action project that invites consumers to think critically about some of the many pink ribbon products that are tied to the cause before making a purchase. The Think Before You Pink exhibition of works by a variety of artists, at ArtHaus in San Francisco, is a reflection of this invitation. The participating artists portray their thoughts and feelings about thinking before pinking through painting, photography, works on paper, box art and sculpture as a means of encouraging viewers to become better informed about pink ribbon products.
