Fish Face by David Doubilet is a splendid collection of 200 underwater portraits. The amazing close-ups of a grand array of marine life are colourful, often comic and certainly full of verve. Beautifully lit and in such detail, Doubilet's subjects are surprisingly expressive. And since many have their mouths open, it is easy to imagine dialogue for them. While all cannot be described as pretty, each one is absolutely fascinating. These are photographs that will be devoured again and again.
