Munich-based Thomas Tibitanzl is a digital artist whose work is of the extremely detailed and layered variety. These narrative images not only tell complete stories, but also evoke atmosphere and poetry through pattern, picture, movement (or stillness) and colour. It is as though Tibitanzl's skills lead to a secret keyhole through which the viewer can only get a taste of something both mysterious and exciting, a world that is dark but not frightening.
