The name of Kathie Olivas’ website says it all: Misery Children. And indeed, these chubby non-cherubs are far from the depiction of run-of-the-mill sugar’n’spice. They have a lot of sugar candy, but also more than their fair share of squid legs, animal abductors and weird accessories, all of which empower them, in some underworld way. These children are definitely not to be trusted – it looks like they will always have the upper hand.
