Meri Page is a stained glass artist specializing in organic shapes and forms, and uses mouthblown glass in her designs, along with seashells and minerals such as agate. The effect is modern and striking rather than the more artisanal results one comes to expect of stained glass. Page will slice nautilus shells for inclusion in her pieces and the light shines through the translucent layers to produce a memory of a watery past.
