Massive Change by Bruce Mau and the Institute Without Boundaries is a catalogue of information on the topic of industrial design for the improvement of the world and the human race. How does design affect the environment or existing technologies and materials? How can we use what we have to go further towards solutions to global problems? This is definitely a ‘big picture’ book rather than one that examines the more superficial and selfish aspects of design, but in an easy-to-digest format.
