Seonna Hong, an artist and animator recommended by Amy Rice, was privy to her claim to fame via My Life as a Teenage Robot, a Nickelodeon production. Hong’s work as a background painter has undoubtedly influenced her painting style. Rife with little girls sporting pageboy haircuts being cute to kitties and not so cute to each other, this artist’s work bears the print of deliciously retro illustration and animation. Space Kitty and his girl are two of her most captivating recurring characters.
