Raised in Montreal, but based in Paris, Kai McCall authors narratives that are brief moments in time that leave the viewer longing to know what happens next. It is well worth the time to look through his galleries, as there is quite a variety in style and tone. Some of McCall’s newer pieces have a definite air of mystery about them, whereas some of the older ones, like Introduction to Philosophy or Three Worlds, evoke imaginary landscapes that invite the viewer to climb in and explore. What more can one ask for?
