Toronto artist Michael Awad captures urban movement in his panoramic photographs. The motion of life provides the emotion in pictures that capture the heartbeat of daily living. Escalator, Boxing Day was taken at one of Canada’s busiest shopping centres on one of the craziest days in the retail calendar. Supermarket is comprised of shots taken within a Loblaws grocery store, the many perspectives of our daily bread. Other panoramas include street-level shots, like the merrymakers at a Caribbean festival or fun-seekers at the amusement park.
