Adrian Sauer’s photographs are clean and simple. Uncomplicated subjects like books on a table, or architectural details such as stairs or windows are fairly obvious in their simplicity, but Sauer’s shots of skyscrapers or other commercial buildings are equally striking in their sharp lines. Sauer’s work tells us to get to the point, a handy message any time but even more so at the start of the week.
