Salvaged: Brass Shelf by Samuel Treindl is what remains after components for clocks, hooks and hinges have been cut out, part of the limited edition results of Treindl's parasite production strategy.

Ideas: "If an industrial company produces spoons and forks, I will make a spoon shelf. If lamps are produced, I make a lamp cabinet. That way, I create a process which uses industrial production for generating and designing objects."

Details: Displaying right now at the showcase for young designers, [D3] Design Talents at imm cologne, and in April at Salone Internazionale del Mobile, in Milan.
