The sculptures are "'settings'; recognisable bundled objects that are fixed in a stalled or solidified new form." says Meert.

"The appearance of the unit is already embedded in the title. With or without reason can be thrown with the work and paradoxically these 'broken sculptures' become user objects."
Throwing Sculptures will be shown at Belgium is Design's TOOLBOX exhibition in Milan April 9 to 14, 2013.
