Laura Carwardine's Loom Chair, with a seat and seat back consisting mostly of orange rope, was one of the highlights of the 2013 Interior Design Show.

Featured in the Prototype exhibit of the Interior Design Show, Loom Chair "uses rope to incorporate textile techniques at a magnified scale, this piece celebrates the joinery of soft and hard materials." says Carwardine.

"The seat and back support for this lounge chair are created from one continuous piece of orange rope, wrapped over a wooden dowel rod structure."
