Atelier NOAH has created a table lamp with an octagonal halo-like light source.

Inspired by geodesic shapes and classic Moroccan art, the octagonal shape is "both simple and visually interesting" says Atelier NOAH.

"The Tangle lamp was created through the exploration of geometrical shapes, materials and light. The sleek and simple shapes lend the lamp a graphic edge."

Tangle is made of LEDs set in painted aluminum extrusions cantilevered on top of a cherry wood base with a black walnut insert. A white acrylic insert diffuses the light into a soft halo.

A table was also designed in the same collection.
