An interdisciplinary team of former students of Eina de Barcelona have created an ambient pendant lamp that's made from the box it's shipped in.

The light emerges from the packaging, even the red cord, used to power and suspend the light, serves as the handle in the packaging.

The packaging consists of two cubes with folded flaps that open, which are then joined to created the lamp structure/shade.

The paper wrapping that contains the two cubes is where the instructions and product information can be found.

The Lámpara Cadac was designed by Ana Ruiz-Cotorro and Clara Sáez (graphic design), Angela Tomás and Carlota Tomás (interior design) and Diego Sampere (product design).
