The "StudioJanuary 26 - 10.30 pm Wardrobe" is part of a series of objects called Daysign by Studio Simple conceived as symbols, or signs, of every day (the names and functions refer to specific dates and needs).

Each day, Studio Simple has created an object as a function of a daily occupation and what it was needed for.

The wardrobe contains no nails, screws or glue. Says Studio Simple, "It all sticks together and the cabinets with the tiles are hanging in the cupboard to lock the construction, together with the elastics on the corners."

"Those tools have a clear relation with simplicity and time, local production and resources, hence a combination of what we find around and something new, focusing on design footprint awareness."

During Milan Design Week 2011 Studio Simple's works will be on display at the Belgium is Design "Lightness" show at FuoriSalone (Loggiato della Pinacoteca di Brera, Milan).
