Pulse by Johannes Tjernberg and Rasmus Malbert
When Charlie Chaplin faced the frenetic pace of the factory in the 1936 film Modern Times, little did he know how insane the pace would become 75 years later when a collection of household accessories inspired by the movie would take on its name.

Pulse
The present-day Modern Times is a collection by Johannes Tjernberg and Rasmus Malbert that includes the Pulse music box. Complete with hand crank and organ pipes, Pulse is a docking station for MP3 players that represents the heart and rhythm of the factory.

Ash
The factory's heat and fire are summed up by Ash, a paraffin lamp.
The collection, shown at Milan's Salone Satellite, also includes a series of clocks called Instant.
