The stylish pad appears to be aimed for use in the kitchen. Says Lorenzo, "Features include digital TV, wi-fi, photoframe, internet search, facebook and twitter apps, etc.. It has a 6 hour battery life and comes with a docking station."

Made by Promelit (makers of the AlessiPhone), the AlessiTAB will likely reach stores in September and will probably be priced somewhere north of 300 euro.
