Nail the Sheep by Ivana Plavec
by sabine7 / June 9, 2009

Nail the Sheep is from the Pointy collection of modular screens and wall panels by young Serbian designer Ivana Plavec. A jury presided over by Konstantin Grcic chose 10 designs to be part of this year's Creative Space Serbia at SaloneSatellite. The modules can be rearranged to form a tidier picture of this sheep created with nails. A lighter, yet extremely durable option comes from Brikolör, a young Swedish company from Göteborg that made its debut in Milan with an unpretentious line of larch and ash furniture, including the Lodlärk cabinet. More delicate storage comes in the form of JunJun's Forest Shelf, which makes us think of not being able to see the forest for trees. This delightfully simple shelf can take on a different aspect when the top shelf is angled. Out of Stock's coat rack and light combination is the perfect accessory for a small front hall.
