Berlin's e27 took part in Milan's Made in Berlin exhibition, with a focus on the Pull/Pullover series of lamps designed for mawa-design. The bases are made of laser-cut stainless steel that can stretch into a trunk-like support of up to 2 metres in height. Pullover wears a stretch fabric casing that allows for a more sculptural, less delicate effect. A coat rack that comes to life when pulled out from its original flat surface, Cloud is clearly related to Pull/Pullover, and a distant cousin might be the Repaire table, inspired by the Herzog & de Meuron's "bird's nest" stadium in China.
