Triflow Taps by Zaha Hadid
by sabine7 / January 23, 2009

The movement of flowing water is the inspiration behind Zaha Hadid's new Triflow kitchen and bathroom faucets. The tap spout, body and handle merge in a seamless and ergonomic shape. Triflow's taps feature a unique three-way technology that allows filtered water to be delivered through a dedicated waterway, separate from the hot and cold water streams. These two streams are controlled by the handle, while the filtered water is activated by a touch-sensitive button.

I love everything about this bathroom faucet design. It's super modern. It's got an eco-friendly feel to it since the design of it seems to reflect the design of water in nature. It's simple but elegant. What a great find! I've been trying to put together a collection of modern bathroom designs (http://www.houzz.com/photos/modern/bathroom) and I haven't found anything quite like this yet. Thanks for sharing!

Cant wait to see these at the launch on Wednesday. I like the idea of 3 outputs. Very clever and useful if you recycle rainwater.

:) How can we be sure, Kathryn, that Zaha Hadid did not imply some kind of irony in it?
