Grid Chair by Jaebom Jeong
by the editors / January 6, 2009

Jaebom Jeong's Grid Chair is a walnut seat upon a stainless steel sculptural structure. The design highlights the material necessary to create such a structure, an alternative to the bare minimum. The result is an almost skeletal effect that, however, exposes a strong core even when the notion of sturdier elements is stripped away.

Really like this particular design (pictured).
I believe that Jaebom takes the approach of wire frames much
further than others.
Thanks for the post!
