+ Werner Sobek's R128, H16 and R129 prefab homes, "The R128 is a glass-and-steel home whose materials were planned to be 100% environmentally friendly and recyclable. + itHouse designers Taalman Koch Architecture have announced news of their Three Junipers development project, "a planned community that will have three, 5-acre properties for pre-sale. "Translucent polycarbonate sheets enclose the major living spaces resulting in an abundance of natural light and an interior wall that changes with the weather. The 2,850 sf residence consists of three levels with an 850sf ADU (accessory dwelling unit) and two-car garage on the lower level.".
