Jesper Larsson was checking out the Flos exhibition, and managed to snap some photos of the Nebula lamp by Joris Laarman (above), who won in the Young Designer Talent category at Edida 2008, as well as lighting by BarberOsgerby, Jasper Morrison, Antonio Citterio and Toan Nguyen. Other works on display (but not pictured here due to battery failure) included Chasen by Patricia Urquiola, Lunar by Konstantin Grcic, and the instant classic Skygarden by Marcel Wanders. There was also a grand demonstration of the Flos Cubo system which lets you program different lighting settings in your home. You can then change between your settings with the turn of a cube.

strange, I was expecting more brilliance. The products are not interesting.
Let me guess, under cut, never anything positive or constructive to say? You may have a point with this post, but withering criticism shows a lack of brilliance. I expect more from you.
i see where undercut is going. these examples lack a lot of style points and originality. i have a few cool lights, an arteluce triennale and an ingo mauer big light blub to mention two, and they were designed and made years and years ago. barring the first light above, you would think the best and brightest would have something a bit better than refinements on earlier original designs.
I particularly like the Smithfield Pendants- Simple and dramatic.
The matte black model is quite attractive.
Also the honeycomb bottom/diffusers are a perfect, industrial touch.
Nice work! Thanks for the post.
