This Week from Tokyo

+ The Illumination Shower from Spiritual Mode brings a little light into the shower room.

+ No, it's not a Lego brick, it's Ideaco's CUBE umbrella holder, available in eight colors (white, black, silver, red, orange, yellow, light green, and blue), a design still popular (it's a staple of Tokyo's select shops) despite having debuted eight years ago.

+ The Kazadokei clock by Nendo is the latest release from One Percent Products, a line where every product is produced in limited runs of 100. Via Dezeen. JS

Ref: Illuminated Shower Fixture.

A very nice design, indeed!

However, there is that indefinable "something" about water pouring out of an electric ceiling lamp that gives me pause- particularly if I was standing underneath it.
