The Shotgun Approach is the latest point of view from the Hoodoo Series, one that attempts to use the shotgun as a medium for creativity rather than destruction. The Buckshot Light is an interpretation of a blast, in the form of acrylic pipe and led lights. Designers Shoko Cesar and Greg Ball (who is also a MoCo contributor) start with a 12-gauge shotgun, let it lead them to art and installation, which they later develop into product. New work from the Hoodoo series will be on display in Toronto at the Radiant Dark exhibit to be held at the Burroughes Building (Feb. 20 -27).
