Why is the box house special, nothing innovative inside or out. Looks like every "designer" minimalist house here in Japan. Devoid of personality, spare and cold. Soon to be filled with the owners lousy furniture and collected junk from their previous house. At least this one has a railing on the stairs, most don't.
