Maud Traon’s rings are miniature sculptures of a wide range of materials. Copper, fimo, synthetic stones, plastic frogs, wax, modelling planes and more make up Traon’s chunky narrative rings that tell tales of post-apocalyptic landscapes. Traon is a graduate of the Royal College of Art in London where her focus was on gold and silver smithy and jewellery. Her work pushes the boundaries and thus fits well in the arena of contemporary jewellery.
