Chairs can fall into that bread and butter category of design, but at 100% Design Tokyo the offerings were delightful. Scarabike had a couple of hits with their couch and matching stool composed of bicycle seats for the sedentary. There was a sleek Argentine rocker that was quite rock’n’roll as well. Design Flanders presented some practical stools that had handy drink holders and there were a variety of upholstery textiles. More after the jump from Swedese, Trico, Fujie Textile and Bla Station.
