Today's MoCo submissions.

+ The other Dali Clock, says designer Sebastian Hoek from XLPLUSDESIGN, "[Dali] is also a clock that uses rubber material and embeds LEDs, which show the time. The power support comes through a solar panel that is embedded into the rubber. Through its flexibility, the clock can be placed everywhere, just like the solution shown by McBride.".

+ Objects Design Studio's Moon chair, "made of fibreglass and suitable for both indoor and outdoor.".

+ MoCo Loco contributor and designer Greg Ball's Meathead Mirror "Inspired by Alberta's cattle industry, the Meathead mirror allows one to check themselves daily to ensure they have not indeed become what they have eaten. Playing with the traditional imagery of the west, the mirror asks us to look deeper within to consider the mental, behavioral, and physical implications of what we eat. The mirror's manufacturing process considers the environment, as it reclaims 50-year old mirror glass that is water jet cut into a new and useable form; a wall hung mirror.".

+ Fuego is launching a new grill called Modular, an extension of the 01 grill designed by Robert Brunner (of Apple fame). It's a customizable outdoor kitchen featuring an aluminum frame that can accommodate up to six modules with grills, burners, warming drawers, storage, and refrigeration.

The Meathead mirror seems awfully familiar. Mix our Mooj cowcase ( seen on Mocoloco) with our Animirrors ( animal head mirrors) and bingo! Thar she blows, and it does.

That Moon chair would be one slick addition to a patio.

I actually prefer the Meathead mirror over the Animirrors to be honest.

The frameless look of the Meathead has a cleaner feel to it while the Animirrors with these type of frames come off looking cheap and abit clunky. Almost like an after thought or a first year project. Though I really do like the Mooj Cowcase.

The only thing familiar between the 2 is the useage of animal imagery. Apart from that, these are completely different pieces with one being more refined that the other.
