Melbourne’s Nathan Jurevicius started our week with a double-whammy, first with his Shag-channeled illustrations, where the octopus, the snowglobe and pieces of meat share the stage with more conventional characters.

But the octopus comes back again, as Blister, the kindly sea creature who finds ScaryGirl as an abandoned baby, little knowing she was really the heroine of her own comic and model for great vinyl toys, despite looking like a pirate.

We went a little more street with the urban beat of Justin BUA when we discovered his new book last week.

Yet more of undersea kingdom came to the forefront, this time by way of Adam Wallacavage’s most amazing chandeliers.

And Mr. Clement’s new character Yeah Kou wraps up the week with his comic adventures and missteps. SM
