The week took a Swedish turn at Art MoCo where we looked at Andyland, a new online gallery featuring some solid Scandinavian talent. The first artist up was Louise Enhörning, a photographer whose work emits quiet attitude.
Elisabeth Månsson and Peter Turkalj make up the team of Ingela Och Vi that brings us illustration photography where fabrics embellish illustrations that are photographed against other illustrated backgrounds.
Colours and shapes that dissolve into to-the-point illustrations are the hallmark of Moa Lindqvist Bartling.
All of Jessica Romberg’s fashion illustrations are captivating, but none so much as her series of Tokyo Fashion Spotting. Most excellent.
And tomorrow we close with the comic style of Nina Hemmingsson. Now if only we could read Swedish … SM
