Recent MoCo picks and submissions.

+ After sifting through 4,758 entries from 52 countries the Muji Award 01 winners have been announced. The grand prize goes to Yoh Komiyama’s energy saving “A Cast-off Skin” (above). Via jeansnow.net.

+ We saw evado's Crystalus 06 LED tower at 100% London, but we forgot to mention that the LEDs are programmed to replicate cascading water droplets.

+ French fashion designer Marie-Jacqueline has created a line of luminous handbags made of fine leather and fiber optic fabric for LumiGram. A small switch inside the bags turns the fabric light on/off.

Isn't it weird that almost all winners of the Muji contest were from Japan? Why bother everyone else?

Is there any way that you could show us a video of the cascading LED lamp?
