This year’s DesignTide Tokyo theme is "Design & Peace" a particularly relevant and timely theme in Northern Asia right now. DesignTide’s main site has three exhibitions on concurrently, 1) Tide Exhibition featuring 53 designers presenting their interpretation of Design & Peace, 2) Tide Market with 20 “shops” where designers sell their products and 3) Treasured Trash, 22 designers show what can be done with what is normally thrown away.
