+ B&B Italia marked its 40th anniversary and presented some new furniture and accessories at London’s Design Festival - which was officially launched last night. B&B also presented new pieces by Moooi, a company it recently bought 50% of. That’s Antonio Citterio’s bent ply Arne storage on the left, the series includes a horizontal unit, a vertical bookcase and a ‘cubic’ revolving bookcase and Patricia Urquiola’s Shift shelving on the right with “hanging and overlapping C-shaped elements of different lengths [that] are designed to be staggered between each other to form storage bookcases that can be freely and creatively hung on the wall.”.
