Maison & Objet Fall 2006: ibride
by / September 15, 2006

Graphic designer Rachel Convers and industrial designer Benoit Convers merge their two design disciplines with their ibride (sounds like "hybrid" in french) furniture and accessories collections. Most striking is the animal themed furniture collection, Mobilier de Compagnie, a range of low and side tables that are shaped like the lower half of dogs, deer and ostriches. We like objects that take on another dimension, that can be read more than one way, with more than one function).
