Every week is a rollercoaster ride it seems and this one was no different as we coasted along with Michael Pfisterer’s architectural photography of – what else – rollercoasters.

The trompe l’oeil wallcoverings done by Christine Tarkowski scream “gimme shelter’, but although her work looks sturdy enough, these forts are installations only.

How can any self-respecting prima donna resist larger-than-life ceramic lipsticks that come in Shiny and Glossy? Giorgio Laveri does dabble in objects other than make-up, but we pretend not to notice those as much.

Lou Patrou introduces us to his tribes of many colours. Colours, shapes and patterns, in fact, and lots of them.

And we end the week on a note of summertime with trio of Michael Hunt’s symbols of relaxation: a contemplative chimp, a barefoot moment, and a nice long lawn chair, just waiting….SM
