Pet Project
by / August 1, 2006

While rummaging through the MoCo trade show photo archives I realized that I hadn't posted a number of images, so here's the first of a series of posts from those shows... The Pet Project is a Danish company that designs living spaces for dogs and cats. Not just contemporary/ minimalist abodes, but functional, with parts that disassemble for easy cleaning. They also have push-resistant heavy ceramic bowls with wooden bases and a stainless steel scratching post.

How do I purchase the ceramic wooden base bowls?

My French bulldog and I are crazy for the wooden/ceramic dog bowls being produced by the Pet Project. The web site (wwww.the-pet-project.com) is not fully constructed and so I am unable to obtain "how-to-buy" information. Please advise. Lucy

I was recently at NY Pet Fashion Week where these pictures are from. I spoke with the designers and they mentioned that they are working on adding a store to their website and it should be up in a few months. They were very surprised at the interest in the bowls when they recently were featured in Dwell magazine.

Coming up in September we will be running a video interview with one of the designers from The Pet Project as well as other stand out Dog gear designers.

Jon, thx for the store news. FYI, the images above are from ICFF in May.

I found the bowls at http://www.fitzsu.com/
