We've only just now gotten around to fixing the YouTube video problem we reported earlier. Thank you for all the great suggestions, we've tested them all. The one suggestion that worked? "Save the project out of iMovie as a .dv file (compress for: full quality), and then use iSquint before uploading it to YouTube.". Thanks Ryan, you now get to choose between the book ReadyMade, How To Make {Almost} Everything or an iPod Gelaskin for having provided the best answer/solution.
