IGF 2006: Aranda/Lasch
by / June 29, 2006

"Camouflage View plays with the art of camouflage, the disguising of an object or person. It conceals and is itself concealed.". An older International Garden Festival garden, it's a wall of polished stainless steel fins that sit at the end of a long zig-zagging path overlooking the St-Lawrence river. It reflects the verdant landscape, the river and visitor. Created to be "an optical device which heightens our perception of the lanscape". Designed by Benjamin Aranda and Chris Lasch of Aranda/Lasch. More images after the jump.
