Interesting concept. Baby boomers will begin turning 60 in 2007. It will be interesting to watch these new architectural ideas that cater to families wanting to care for their elder at home. Will it be a short term scenario, where the boomers care for their parents and/or will it be the longer term option where boomers will be taken care of by their echo children. One thing is for sure: these builders will need solid marketing strategies to demonstrate the value of their product for these well-off customers. The future will be fun to watch!
