Presenting V2World’s V2Flat, microhouse and "secondary space". Via Lloyd at Royal Homes Modern who spotted a Wall Street Journal article titled “Move Over, McMansions” on the subject of microhouses. The first V2Flat prototype above was recently built. The manufacturer’s website has no images of the built V2Flat, but fabprefab does (above). See more on page 21 of the 9.7mb PDF here.

bueno es algo sencillo pero la amterialidad que le da es muy buena ...lo sensillo es lo mas interesante ..aunke me gustaria saber cual fue el proposito y por que la rampa? (in english; "well its something very simple but he materialize it very well...the simple its the most interesting...but i would like to know the purpose and why the ramp?")

Edwin, because this is a model home, I assume the ramp would be replaced with a different, more permanent walkway in an actual installation.

This is very cool, would love to see window configuration options. One concern, how would a building like this manage in New England snow?

Todo bien con el sistema de arquitectura modular y prefabricado ahora, me gustaria saber dónde puedo aprender esa técnica cosntructiva, mas que nada el ensamble de ella en terreno, ya que yo trabajo en una empresa española que lleva la casa hecha al terreno y se pierden muchos m3 de transporte, ademas el diseño queda muy restringido. Dónde??...
