Save is a wood moneybox. To use, follow the instructions closely. Save your money until 'Save' is full, then find the nearest wood saw and release your fortune. Switzerland-based design firm 366cm was created by Sergio Streun and Vincent Schertenleib in 2004. JGB

...then find the nearest wood saw and release your fortune.

Good Idea but you can't use the save-box after you open it. So it will be useless so you have to substract the saver's price from the amount what you saved. good luck.
You could put your money in the bank and have it gently chipped away by fees...
There is alot of "aesthetic value" here as well...
;)
Yeah, haha or you could put a hinge on the flap. What a flapping stupid design :)
Robert, you have never heard of a piggy bank? You'd have to destroy that piggy too to get to the money.
Why not design the save-box to also serve as something useful -- such as a birdhouse -- after it's opened?
I like the idea of it being hard to open.. I know I've pried the bottom off of many a bank just to buy a soda. As for the reuse of an "uncapped" Save, I would think it's up to the owners imagination to find something good to do with it. Or I guess send a letter to ReadyMade if you can't figure it out for yourself.
Doesn't look like there is a wall seperating the money from the perforations, so also subtract the cost of replacing one saw blade :-)
