Air
by / May 18, 2006

Laurence from los-osos sent us a bunch of new products, the result of their “ongoing project looking at nature for inspiration”. Air (above) is a light-less hand-blown glass chandelier, “the form of the glass pieces is loosely based on a group of up-stretched pine boughs.”. Bush, after the jump, is a low table “whose individual pieces combine to form a delicate, yet usable surface. Its shape shifts, filling space as required. A contrast in structure and surface, disorganization and order.”. And Screen is a paper-pulp room divider “developed with consideration of the inherent spatial functions of presence - it's primary role is simply to stand there.”.
