The Fluffizoo collection put out by Elmar Flototto was specifically designed for children, an area I don't think design is focused enough on. The kid-sized foam pieces are laser-cut and then get a 4-time coating of a special polyurethane lacquer. When I was researching this product I found they even conduct a "biting" study to make sure it's durable enough to withstand an angry 4 year old. The pieces were designed by Kirsten Hoppert and Steffen Kroll of Studio Vertijet. SMK
