Maharam approached designer Hella Jongerius in 2001 and asked her to create a textile that was unique but related (repeatable). By manipulating traditional manufacturing techniques and materials Jongerius created Repeat, a series of patterns of singular theme flowing into one another over the course of several yards. SMK
