Instant, affordable addition.
Small office home office in your backyard or a really nice storage shed, either way it's better than most standard issue sheds. It comes as a kit, with all parts pre-finished, panelized and ready for assembly over a weekend. Designed by architect Ryan Grey Smith of Grey Design who also created an 11 foot lighting fixture (top right) for a large residential foyer - a stunning cascade of light with an interior structure and omni-directional lighting. I saw a smaller, no less impressive version at ICFF. See the Modern Shed live at CA Boom II.
