Studio Vertijet, the designers of Soon (the futuristic knife rack), designed this colorful octagonal shade-maker for Skia. It has a softly-curved covering on top & underneath, and, as an option, inside it can glow with LED lights that constantly change color. Skia makes a range of innovative shades, including Camerius shade-sails, Robin Hood "the shade-producing tree", and Bucky, inspired by architect R.B. Fuller.
